Solidarity electronic campaign with the deactivated supreme graduate.
The deactivated supreme graduates and Doctors are living in difficult and embarrassing times, due to the systematic campaigns, fierce interventions and repression towards their protests for Rights to Work, inflicted on them by the Security Services. This continues in spite of the explicit violations of the Graduates constitutional right to demonstrate not to mention against the basic human right to appose aggressive intervention. This has serious consequences, including; miserable humanitarian situations and the injuries inflicted on the demonstrators by these repressive interventions, are becoming terrifyingly more numerous. The most violent example of this, to date, is what happened inside the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. This event saw more than 160 wounded, 60 of whom seriously. This repressive and aggressive intervention resulted in a Doctor of Mathematics suffering a broken jaw, a serious ear injury to another Doctor and any other High Degree holding students suffered broken limbs, fractures and bloody wounds. This was a clear display from the Auxiliary forces, to how they intend to target the heads and up and coming leaders of professions. So harsh became their animalistic barbarism, there were reports of students being raped and horrible blood spilled scenes.
And we, as the Union of Moroccan Bloggers, consider this a confirmation of the counties failure to accurately measure and address Morocco’s unemployment crisis. So bad has this crisis become that even the graduates with the highest merits and grades are seriously affected and can no longer find work placements. However as the country’s approach and reaction to this crisis is to suppress the Right to demonstrate freely, we announce to the national and international opinions, that we are campaigning for solidarity with the other deactivated groups in our country, to denounce the repression and maltreatment by the Security Forces in the streets of RABAT.
